Mint Road provides access to participate in the Mint Road DAO ecosystem. Services available to users of the DAO may include but are not limited to:

3. Access to exclusive events, offers, merchandise, and crypto assets
4. Access to participate in the governance of the DAO
5. Access to watch and stream content acquired by the DAO
3. User Registration
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register an account and/or connect a crypto wallet. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You also agree to only connect with a crypto private key that you own or have the right to use.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
5. Participation in the Crypto DAO
By participating in the Mint Road DAO, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules, governance mechanisms, and decisions of the Mint Road DAO. You understand that your participation may involve financial transactions and agree to assume any associated risks.

You agree not to:

- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying our services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services.

All content and materials available on Mint Road are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mint Road and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be effective as of the date it is posted on Mint Road. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
